A subscription can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase, provided no scratch card from that subscription has been revealed.
Once a card has been revealed the subscription has been partly consumed and is no longer refundable in full, because the outcome of every card in it is already settled.
A payment that is charged but does not activate a subscription is refunded in full. Duplicate charges for the same subscription are refunded in full.
Open a support ticket with the payment reference and we will trace it against the ledger.
Refunding a subscription does not remove rewards already credited to your wallet, and it does not reverse ledger entries — the ledger is append-only. A refund is recorded as its own entry, so both the original charge and the refund remain visible.
Open a support ticket from your account. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically settle within 5 to 10 business days once approved.
